Our mission at the San Jacinto Valley Women's Conference is to create a positive and empowering experience for women in our valley and surrounding communities, while raising funds to support local women in achieving their educational goals through scholarships.

The conference is a dynamic day filled with engaging speakers and meaningful networking opportunities, designed to educate, motivate, and inspire women to reach their fullest potential.

Our History

The San Jacinto Valley Women's Conference's history is vibrant and inspiring. In 2010, a group of women united around a common goal: to create a conference by women, for women, that would empower and support the San Jacinto Valley and surrounding region. The vision was sparked by our founder, Jerri Randrup, then a hospital marketing executive, who encouraged members of the Hemet–San Jacinto Valley Chamber of Commerce's Women in Business Committee to take on the challenge of building something new and much needed in the community. Twelve determined women took the call and worked together to host the first Conference in February 2012. In addition to Jerri Randrup, the founding members included Brenda Kratz, Carla Jones, Dee Cozart, Dolores Badillo, Irma Ramos, Kathleen Osborne, Linda Greilich, Myrna Torres, Nicole Moore, Teresa Spraggs, and Therese Steadman.

What began as an idea soon grew into a powerful tradition. The San Jacinto Valley Women's Conference quickly became an annual, sold-out event, celebrated for its energy, purpose, and impact. Beyond the Conference itself, the organization has since evolved into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to uplifting women in the region. Through its scholarship program, the Conference proudly supports local women pursuing higher education or technical training, continuing its mission to inspire, empower, and invest in the community's future.
The launch year of the Women's Conference in 2012 had the theme "The Many Hats We Wear."
